President
The President shall preside at all meetings of the Board of Directors: shall see that orders and resolutions of the Board and Association are carried out; shall sign all leases, mortgages, deeds, and other written instruments involving the Common Areas or Facilities and shall co-sign promissory notes and all contracts. Three bids must be submitted prior to accepting a final contract.
Vice President
The Vice President shall act in the place of the President in the event of his/her absence, inability or refusal to act, and shall exercise and discharge such duties as may be required by him/her by the Board.
Secretary
The Secretary records the votes and keeps the minutes of all meetings and proceedings of the Board and of the minutes of all meetings and proceedings of the Board and of the members. Perform other duties as required by the Board.
Treasurer
The Treasurer oversees all financial transactions of the HOA and does the deposits of all cash. The Treasurer is one of the three people designated to sign checks for the HOA once the President okays the funds to be paid. There is an annual audit and the Treasurer is responsible for getting paperwork to the CPA’s Office once the bookkeeper has it all ready. The Treasurer also works with the bookkeeper to prepare the annual budget and Statement of income and expenditures to be presented to the membership in compliance with NRS 116.
